Coming Home to Presence
.
I'm broken. There's something wrong with me.
I just can't get aroused anymore.
If you've ever thought these words, you are not broken — and you are not alone.
So much of what we're taught about desire points us in the wrong direction: fix your hormones, learn better techniques, try harder, communicate more. And still, for so many women, arousal stays stubbornly out of reach — because arousal isn't something you can force, engineer, or think your way into.
What if the difficulty isn't a malfunction to be fixed, but your body's honest feedback? What if it's simply telling you that, somewhere, you don't yet feel safe enough to be fully here?
This program is an invitation to take off the pressure and come home to the presence, safety, and self-connection that is the foundation for cultivating desire. It is the ground beneath desire, not a technique for producing it. It's for women who want to move toward intimacy again — who feel the avoidance, and also feel the longing underneath it.
Why you can't think your way into arousal
THE HEART OF THE WORK
The more we think about how to have good sex, the more pressure we feel, and the less available intimacy becomes. Real intimacy — the meeting of two people — can only happen when we step out of our heads and into presence.
The body responds to presence. When we are truly here — not monitoring, not performing, not caught in fear — the body relaxes and opens. When we're dissociated, up in the busy mind, the body protects itself. It isn't broken. It's wise.
This is why presence begins outside the bedroom. The safety that allows desire to emerge is the same safety of being able to meet yourself — and all of your feelings — with an open heart. That's the real work. And it's work that changes far more than your sex life.
This is foundational work. Once a woman is truly present with herself and her body, cultivating a rich erotic life becomes far more straightforward. That later cultivation, which teachers like Emily Nagoski map so well, rests on exactly this ground. This program is that ground.
This program is for you if...

You have tried the workshops, the therapy, the techniques — and still feel shut down when it comes to desire

You experience a busy mind that gets loud when you are trying to be intimate

You are willing to meet the feelings behind avoidance rather than work around them

Challenges around sexual intimacy are impacting your relationship

Arousal doesn't arrive spontaneously the way it once did, or the way you think it "should"

You sense that before you can figure out desire, you need to come home to yourself first

You long to feel at home in your own body and free to be fully yourself
Give Yourself the Gift of Coming Home
This program is grounded in Rohini's over 20 years of experience supporting women and in the understanding that our true nature is already whole. It's designed to support a deeper experience of presence, safety, and inner security, the ground from which a new relationship with your body can emerge.
This program is designed around the female body's experience of desire, in which arousal so often needs space and safety to emerge. Because I speak with every woman before enrolling, we'll have the chance to feel together whether the program is the right fit for you.

Is this the right container
for you now?
Difficulty around intimacy often has deep roots — in past trauma, in years of not feeling able to say no, in a body that learned to protect itself for very good reasons. This work honors all of that. I support women through exactly this kind of tender territory, and nothing in your experience is too much or means something is wrong with you.
What matters is finding the right container for where you are. Some women are well-served by a group — there's something powerful in doing this work alongside others walking a similar path, being witnessed, and discovering you're not alone. For others, especially when the material is very raw or needs its own individual pace, private one-on-one work serves better — either on its own or before joining a group.
Because this group is small and the work is intimate, I speak with every woman before she enrolls. It's a warm, no-pressure conversation — a chance for us to feel together whether the group is the right container for you right now, or whether individual work would serve you better first. There's no wrong answer, and no outcome that means anything is wrong with you.
If any part of you is unsure, that's a perfect reason to book a call. Let's simply talk.

YOUR GUIDE

Alongside my husband Angus, I've worked with hundreds of couples, helping them move from conflict and disconnection back toward love, presence, and intimacy.
This program grows out of my own journey — years of feeling shut down despite doing all the right things, and discovering that what I actually needed first was to come home to myself, to meet my own emotions and my body, before anything in my erotic life could change.
It turns out the bedroom was never the problem.
